The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Center for Governance – Local Governance and Development Office (CFG-LGDO), capped its four-day Course on  Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Local Government Units (LGUs) or AI 301 – Batch 1 on August 27, 2026, at the DAP Building, Pasig City. Designed to accelerate local public sector innovation,  this intensive capability-building initiative brought together 41 department heads, key functionaries, and technical staff from 13 LGUs.

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and the DAP Personnel Association (DAPPER) formally signed the 2026–2029 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) on 5 August 2026 at DAP Pasig, marking a significant milestone as the first CNA in the Academy’s history.

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Modernizing Government Regulations Program (MGRP), is inviting business leaders, civil society organizations, members of the academe, government regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders to the 2026 Regulatory Review Launch on 26 August 2026, from 1:30 to 5:00 PM via Zoom.

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) facilitated a 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺 for officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs–Public Sector Development Group (MOFA-PSDG) of the Kingdom of Thailand on August 18, 2026, featuring an exchange of insights on 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗔𝗜) 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in government.
