PASIG CITY – The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through the Public Management
Development Program – Local Government Executives and Managers Class (PMDP-LGEMC),
proudly congratulates LGEMC Batch 15 alumnus Mr. Raymund C. Macomis as one of the Awardees for
the 2026 Galing Pook Awards, for the Project Bataan eMobility.
Bataan eMOBILITY is a component of his innovation project, 4G for a SuRE Future. The component is a
transportation solution that prioritizes environmental sustainability through the use of electric vehicles and
solar-powered battery assisted charging stations. It creates economic opportunities by providing more
affordable transportation for our operators, drivers, and commuters, proving that caring for the
environment and caring for people can go hand in hand.
Mr. Macomis, who serves as an Assistant Department Head of the Provincial Government of Bataan,
conceptualized the 4G for a SuRE Future during his learning journey in the PMDP-LGEMC program.
