The DAP – Productivity and Development Center, as the advocacy and capability-building arm of the Government Quality Management Committee, is pleased to invite you to attend the Government Quality Management Program’s (GQMP) fifth Symposium with the theme: Translating Insights from Clients to Standardize Service Experience, on 13 December 2023 via Zoom and YouTube.

This symposium is being organized to complement the various efforts of the bureaucracy to meet citizens’ and businesses’ expectations on frontline government services. Moreover, the theme of this year’s symposium is anchored in the goals of the new Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028, as stated in Chapter 14: Practice Good Governance and Improve Bureaucratic Efficiency.Watch out for the registration and program information by the third week of November 2023.
