The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP)-Center for Strategic Features, along with the Malolos City government, has conducted a two-day workshop that will contribute to the development of the city’s Smart City roadmap.

The validation activity brought together stakeholders from the different sectors of Malolos to gather their insights and feedback on the gaps and challenges identified in assessing the city as a Smart and Sustainable City, the local government said.

This was followed by a Futures Thinking and Foresight activity where the participants had the opportunity to create smart city visions for each of the following domains: smart economy, smart living, smart people, smart environment, smart mobility, and smart governance.

The event was led by the DAP-Center for Strategic Futures, Malolos City Information Office, and Shermon Ortega Cruz.
