
MAKATI CITY, 30 July 2026 — The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) participated in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Employee Services Caravan 2026, showcasing its wide range of leadership, governance, and capability development programs in support of a more competent, empowered, and future-ready public sector workforce.
Anchored on the theme “Road to Empowered Workforce: Strengthening Competencies through Education and Career Development,” the caravan brought together more than 300 SEC employees for a day of learning, professional development, and access to services that promote career growth and employee well-being.
Through its exhibit booth, DAP introduced participants to its flagship training programs, executive education courses, and specialized learning interventions designed to strengthen leadership, innovation, productivity, and good governance across the public sector. The Academy also promoted the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City, highlighting its facilities and services for conferences, capability-building programs, strategic planning sessions, and other organizational events.


The caravan featured a diverse lineup of government agencies, international organizations, academic institutions, and private sector partners, providing SEC employees with opportunities to explore scholarship programs, government services, professional development pathways, and financial wellness initiatives. Participating organizations included the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Social Security System (SSS), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Pag-IBIG Fund, GSIS, GCash, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Fulbright Philippines, Australia Awards Scholarships, JICE JDS Philippines, Chevening Scholarships, De La Salle University (DLSU), TikTok Philippines, Rex Book Store, Security Bank, Bank of Commerce, HSBC, Land Bank of the Philippines, and Sun Life Philippines.
Participants also attended informative learning sessions on educational savings and insurance, digital safety, financial wellness, and career development, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning in building a resilient and high-performing workforce.
