Quezon City – Development Academy of the Philippines President and CEO, Dr. Majah-Leah Ravago, paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) earlier today, 19 March 2024, to welcome the newly appointed government corporate counsel, Atty. Solomon Hermosura.

Section 10 of Executive Order 292, mandates the OGCC to serve as the statutory legal counsel of all government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs), their subsidiaries, other corporate offspring, and government-acquired asset corporations. As a GOCC, the DAP is under the office’s legal supervision.

The DAP extends its warmest congratulations to Atty. Hermosura on his appointment as the new Government Corporate Counsel and wishes him the best on his new duty.
