The Government Quality Management Program (GQMP) is now accepting applications from beneficiary agencies (BAs) until April 30, 2022  for the second round of call for expression of interest to avail of the following technical assistance packages:  Technical Assistance on Strengthening Risk Management (RM) capability, Technical Assistance on Service Quality Improvement (SQI), and Capability Building Intervention on Quality Management System (QMS).

These technical assistance packages are open to public sector organizations that intend to improve and enhance their management systems by levelling-up their QMS, service, and risk management capabilities aligned with ISO 31000 Risk Management Guideline and the Public Sector Continuity Plan. Selected BAs will be provided with orientations, training courses, workshops and technical guidance meetings, and technical guidance sessions within the prescribed technical assistance period of each package as required by the Development Academy of the Philippines-Productivity and Development Center. Those availing of the RM and SQI technical assistance packages are required to have an ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification.
