Makati City, 27 February 2024- The Development Academy of the Philippines participated in a forum organized by the US-Philippines Society, where its President and CEO, Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago, discussed energy sector trends at The Peninsula Manila Hotel in Makati City.

Dr. Ravago served as one of the panelists on the topic “Energy: Meeting the Needs of Consumers and Business” and brought a wealth of information that is grounded in scientific and socioeconomic perspectives.

The DAP’s participation in this event provided valuable information to U.S. and Philippine companies and investors regarding the country’s economy, and guided them towards making rational and smart business decisions. This is in line with DAP’s mandate in promoting, carrying, and conducting research that supports the country’s sustainable growth and development.

The US-Philippines Society is an organization that fosters the linkage between the two countries and improves the well-being of their citizens through research and collaboration of policymakers, analysts, and academe.
