DAP secures first-ever registered Collective Negotiation Agreement with CSC
The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) has achieved a significant institutional milestone with the official registration of its first-ever Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) with the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
