To advance gender equality and women’s empowerment, DAP shall champion gender-transformative approaches in its public sector programs, research, and advisory services. Internally, we shall cultivate a rights-based, inclusive, and responsive organizational culture and structure that ensures the safety, well-being, and full participation of every DAP employee.

Deepened gender mainstreaming in all DAP programs and services to achieve gender-responsive outcomes for clients.

To strengthen DAP’s role as a national thought leader and policy advocate on gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Promoted a culture of a secure and safe environment through visible, proactive, and accessible GAD and anti-sexual harassment mechanisms.

To institutionalize GAD as a core competency within the Academy’s human resource management and development systems.

Enhanced enabling mechanisms that promote work-life integration and the well-being of all employees.
