The flags displayed in front of DAPCC Tagaytay represent the 21 member economies of the
Asian Productivity Organization (APO). The APO is a nonpolitical, nonprofit, and nondiscriminatory
intergovernmental organization established in 1961 to promote the socio-economic development
of the Asia-Pacific region through productivity. APO pursues this mission through research,
capacity-building initiatives, and policy advisories. As the country’s National Productivity Organization
and a strong partner of the APO, the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP)
is well-positioned to advance sustainable innovation and productivity in the Philippines.

MULTI-LEVEL CONFERENCE ROOM (4 UNITS)
The Multi-level Conference Room, with a floor area of 154 sqm, is a fully equipped, air-conditioned function room that can accommodate up to 63 participants. It features a sound system, an LCD projector with screen, and a whiteboard. The room is also equipped to support online streaming platforms such as Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook Live, using modern equipment like DSLR cameras, digital video cameras, and video mixers.
AUDITORIUM
The Auditorium, which has a ground area of 675.21 sqm and a balcony with a floor area of 132.75 sqm, is a fully equipped, air-conditioned function room that can accommodate up to 500 participants (theater style). It includes a sound system, an LCD projector with screen, and a whiteboard. This venue also supports online streaming platforms such as Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook Live, utilizing modern AV equipment including DSLR cameras, digital video cameras, and video mixers.
LEARNING CENTER
The Learning Center, with a floor area of 242 sqm, is a fully equipped, air-conditioned function room that can accommodate up to 75 participants. It includes a sound system, a LCD projector with screen, and a whiteboard. The room is also equipped to support online streaming platforms such as Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook Live, using modern equipment like DSLR cameras, digital video cameras, and video mixers.
The Future Center and Innovation Laboratory pilot facility is a learning space designed to encourage participants to generate innovative ideas. It features four sets of pods, each equipped with an individual projector and capable of accommodating four to five people. The facility also includes a plenary hall with bleacher seating and an interactive projector, suitable for groups of 10 to 15 participants.
STUDIO (66 UNITS)
DAPCC’s Studio Room has a floor area of 24 sqm and can accommodate between two to four persons. It is fully air-conditioned and features a 32-inch Smart TV and one toilet and bath.
SUITE (4 UNITS)
The DAPCC Suite Room, with a floor area of 354.75 sqm, can accommodate two to three persons. It features a fully air-conditioned space, a separate seating area with a sofa and coffee table, a 32-inch Smart TV, a refrigerator, and a private toilet and bath.
FAMILY ROOMS (15 UNITS)
DAPCC’s Family Room with a floor area of 34.75 sqm. Can accommodate between three to five persons. It is a fully air-conditioned room with a 32-inches Smart TV and one toilet and bath.
COTTAGE (6 UNITS)
The DAPCC’s Cottage with a floor area of 80 sqm that can accommodate up to four persons. It has two bedrooms and a two bathrooms, two toilet and bath, with complete amenities, a receiving area, a dining area, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a gas range, and a covered garage.
VILLA LOWER AND UPPER
The DAPCC’s Cottage with a floor area of 80 sqm that can accommodate up to four persons. It has two bedrooms and a two bathrooms, two toilet and bath, with complete amenities, a receiving area, a dining area, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a gas range, and a covered garage.
The DAPCC has two dining halls: Dining Hall A, with a floor area of 250.42 sqm, can accommodate 100 to 150 persons; and Dining Hall B, with a floor area of 471.71 sqm, can accommodate 300 to 350 persons. Both dining areas are fully air-conditioned and serve all major meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
DAPCC GYM
The DAPCC Gym is a dedicated facility designed for physical exercise and fitness training activities. It is equipped with a variety of exercise machines and equipment, and caters to individuals seeking to improve their overall health, strength, endurance, and flexibility.
CONNECTING HALLWAY
The connecting hallway between the DAPCC’s main lobby and the dormitory features glass walls on both sides, allowing guests and clients to enjoy a view of the barbecue plaza. Tables and chairs are also lined up along the hallway, providing a convenient space for people to relax, meet, or work together.
DAPCC LOBBY
The DAPCC Lobby offers a welcoming atmosphere with spacious seating and elegant interiors. Serving as the main reception area, it warmly receives and assists guests, providing a comfortable space to relax or wait before events and check-ins.
PARKING AREA
Two parking areas are available: Parking Area I (up to 10 vehicles) and Parking Area II (30-60 vehicles). Both feature perimeter lighting and 24/7 security.
BARBEQUE PLAZA
The Barbecue Plaza can be used for special events and is commonly reserved for bonfires. It can accommodate between 50 to 100 persons.
INNER COURT
The DAPCC Inner Court: A space for creativity, collaboration, and an ideal setting for small group team-building activities and photo ops.
EVACUATION AREA
This area has been designated as a safe evacuation zone in case of emergencies such as typhoons, earthquakes, or bomb threats. Stay calm, follow instructions, and seek assistance if needed.
