DAP, now out of GCG coverage

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) is now exempted from the coverage of Republic Act 10149 or the “GOCC Governance Act of 2011,” according to the Memorandum Order 2022-04 recently issued by the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG).
