Manila – The Philippines is all set to celebrate the 21st Development Policy Research Month (DPRM) this September, led by state think tank Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS). Malacañang Proclamation 247 released in September 2002 declared September as DPRM and designated PIDS as the coordinator and convenor of the annual celebration.
