The Graduate School of Public and Development Management (GSPDM) was created through BOT Resolution 94-01 and Board Resolution 2017-20. It offers the Master in Public Management (MPM) program, which is a 39-unit interdisciplinary graduate degree tailored for development practitioners in both public and private sectors. The MPM uniquely combines theoretical insights and practical functional competencies while instilling stewardship values.

The MPM also offers the following special tracks: MPM major in Health Systems and Development, MPM major in Health Systems and Development for Hospital Administrators, MPM major in Development and Security, and MPM major in Knowledge Management.
