In view of EO 138 and PDP 2017-2022 Chapter 5, the Adaptive Governance and Innovation for Local Executives (AGILE) program equips local government leaders and key functionaries with the knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, tools, and methodologies for adaptive and local governance through webinar series and shuttle courses. Scholars can receive certificates upon successful completion of program requirements.
