The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) convened a Special Academic Council Meeting, advancing key academic and institutional initiatives designed to support the Academy’s strategic direction, on 10 July 2026, Friday.
PASIG CITY – The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) marked its 53rd founding anniversary by reporting significant milestones in leadership development, governance innovation, digital transformation, and institutional strengthening, underscoring its expanding role in transforming the Philippine public sector.
✨LOOK: The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Center for Governance (CFG), capped its four-day online intensive Course on Effective Local Legislation via Zoom on June 19, 2026. Equipping local governance, the program brought together 33 local chief executives, vice mayors, elected members of the Sanggunian (Panlalawigan, Panlungsod, and Bayan), alongside their legislative staff.
The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) and the Gender and Development (GAD) Technical Working Group, successfully conducted the Training-Workshop on the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) from 7 to 9 July 2026 at the O.D. Corpuz Hall I, DAP Pasig. The three-day capability-building program brought together project managers, technical staff, and GAD practitioners to strengthen their competencies in integrating gender perspectives into the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs, projects, and activities (PPAs).
