National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary and Director General and DAP Board of Trustees Chairperson Arsenio M. Balisacan emphasized the role of DAP as NPO
“As the country’s National Productivity Organization or NPO, we foresee the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) taking on an even more critical and pivotal role in the aggressive promotion and pursuit of productivity and higher quality in terms of approaches and technologies in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, the DAP shall continue to be the implementing arm of the Asian Productivity Organization or APO in the Philippines and allow us to proactively tap into the expertise of other NPOs through the APO technical expert services to benefit both the public and private sector institutions,” underscored by National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary and Director General and DAP Board of Trustees Chairperson Arsenio M. Balisacan at the DAP 50th anniversary celebration on June 23, at the DAP Conference Center, Tagaytay City.
