Join us virtually on 01-02 December 2022 for the Public Sector Quality and Productivity Improvement Forum (PSQPIF) 2022 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Hurry-up and register in the FREE annual forum of the Government Quality Management Program (GQMP) implemented by the Development Academy of the Philippines – Productivity and Development Center.  Expect the attendance of over 500 participants from government agencies, civil society, academe, and industry that will come together to discuss key issues and present recommendations for enhancing public service quality.

The virtual forum with the theme, “Advancing Public Service Quality to Accelerate Recovery and Transformation,” starts with a keynote from the Government Quality Management Committee (GQMC) Chairperson, DBM Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman.  Following this are presentations from subject matter experts on key issues and emerging challenges and key approaches/strategies and government best practices to address these issues/challenges. Then, panel reactions and an open forum will be moderated to capture various insights on the recommendations for improving public service quality.

An e-certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who have completed the session (logged in the Zoom/YouTube platforms), registered in the online attendance sheet, and accomplished the Google Form Evaluation Survey.
