With great sadness, we announce the demise of Dr. Emanuel V. Soriano, DBA who passed away on April 22. Dr. Soriano served as an Eminent Fellow of the DAP Council of Fellows. He will be remembered as one of the pillars who founded the Master in Public Management Program.
We are forever grateful for his valuable contribution to DAP.
