Jose “Ping” de Jesus, 4th  president of the Development Academy of the Philippines and a member of the distinguished DAP Council of Fellows, was honored for his remarkable contribution to DAP.  DAP Senior Vice President Bernardo A. Dizon and Director Joanne Liezl Q. Nuque awarded the certificate of recognition to de Jesus on July 27, 2023 at the DAP main office in Pasig City.

Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Secretary and DAP Eminent Fellow de Jesus expressed his gratitude for the simple recognition and emphasized his continued support to DAP.

Former DAP presidents, founding fathers represented by their families, Board of Visitors, former Board of Trustees (BOT) chairpersons, current BOT members, and representatives of founding institutions were also honored during DAP’s 50th Founding Anniversary celebration held on June 23, 2023 at the DAP Conference Center, Tagaytay City.
