The Development Academy of the Philippines – Public Management Development Program (DAP-PMDP) held the 2025 HR Managers Meeting and Thanksgiving Luncheon on April 25 at the L.S. Virata Hall, DAP Pasig.
The event brought together HR Managers and Officers from National Line Agencies (NLAs) and Attached Agencies, alongside officials from the Center for CES Development, to strengthen collaboration in advancing public sector leadership. Key updates were presented on PMDP’s new admission policies and the recruitment for MMC Batch 36, SSC Batch 14, and SEC Batch 15. Alumni testimonials highlighted the program’s impact on leadership growth, followed by a highly engaging Q&A session.
A shared commitment to executive leadership development brought together the Center for CES Development and HR leaders from various government agencies during the gathering.
VP Nanette Caparros underscored the PMDP’s role in building agile, future-ready leaders, reinforcing the value of strong agency partnerships.
The meeting served as a platform for HR leaders to engage meaningfully with updates on recruitment, policies, and admissions processes as discussed by Director Milette Young.
PMDP SEC 13 – Katig Alumnus Atty. Edwin Mendame Jr. of DAR reflected on how the PMDP equipped him to navigate high-level responsibilities in his agency with greater confidence and clarity.
PMDP MMC 30 – Sillag Alumnus Christian M. Salazar highlighted the program’s real-world impact—fostering leadership growth grounded in public service values.
