The Development Academy of the Philippines, (DAP) through its Graduate School of Public and Development Management (GSPDM), and the National Union of Career Executive Service Officers, Inc. (NUCESO) officially launched the Certificate Course in Leadership, Innovation, Communication and Knowledge Management (CLICK) during the 2019 NUCESO Mid-Year Conference where both parties signed a memorandum of understanding for the implementation of capacity-building activities for Career Executive Service Officers (CESOs) in the Philippines last July 19 at the ASEAN Convention Center in Clark Global City, Pampanga.
The course aims to enhance the CESOs’ knowledge and skills particularly on how to innovate, communicate and manage information of development programs. It also intends to hone the holistic capabilities of the participants in performing complex roles, multi-dimensional duties and functions as CESOs, committed leaders, or ordinary team players in their respective organizations.
The CLICK is a 20-day course composed of the following five modules/pathways: Phronetic and Wise Leadership (3 days); Innovative Government (3 days); Communication and Governance (3 days); Knowledge Management (3 days); International Benchmarking (7 days); and, Integration and Graduation (1 day).
