Tagaytay City, April 29, 2024 – The Development Academy of the Philippines, through its Center for CES Development launched the sixth batch of its well-regarded Public Management Development Program Phronetic Leadership Class at the DAP Conference Center.

A distinguished group of 13 high-level officials representing nine government agencies participated in the leadership training program featuring a unique blend of stimulating knowledge creation activities facilitated by the Japanese expert Dr. Hideki Kawada.
