Pasay City, Philippines – Some 90 officials and staff of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), led by DAP Senior Vice President Magdalena L. Mendoza, joined the 2025 Civil Service Commission (CSC) nationwide Fun Run on September 7, 2025 at the Quirino Grandstand in celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service anniversary. 

The fun run brought together thousands of public service professionals from national government agencies, local government units, government-owned and controlled corporations, and state universities and colleges nationwide to promote health and wellness while raising funds for families of civil servants who died in the line of duty through the Pamanang Lingkod Bayani (PLBi) Program.

The event featured  a zumba session, messages from CSC-NCR Director Victoria Esber and CSC Chairperson, Atty. Marilyn Barua-Yap, and a Servant-Hero Mascot/Cosplay Competition highlighting agency values through creative symbolism. 

By taking part, the DAP underscored its support for the Philippine civil service and interagency collaboration in delivering efficient and effective services toward a Bagong Pilipinas.
