The Development Academy of the Philippines Graduate School of Public and Development Management (DAP-GSPDM) awarded certificates to some 41 microfinance practitioners from the Center for Agriculture and Rural Development – Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD-MRI) for completing their course on Master in Productivity and Quality Management major in Microfinance (MPQM-Microfinance) on January 28, 2015 at the OD Corpuz Hall, DAP Pasig.

MPQM-MF is a ladderized program of the Development Academy of the Philippines Graduate School of Public and Development Management (DAP-GSPDM) in partnership with CARD-MRI Development Institute, Inc. (CDMI) designed to strengthen the leadership and management expertise of microfinance practitioners.
