
The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) successfully concluded its three-day participation in the 2025 National Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (NSTW) Regional Celebration held at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

On the last day of the exhibit, attendees witnessed one of the event’s featured sessions, Innovation Talks: Transforming Ideas to Impact, opened by DOST III Regional Director Julius Caesar V. Sicat. The segment highlighted the role of science, technology, and innovation (STI) in driving community-centered solutions and strengthening regional development.
Throughout the NSTW celebration, DAP showcased its initiatives that advance smart and sustainable cities, good governance, and future-ready development strategies, including programs under the LIPAD PH Project and other innovation-focused efforts.

In recognition of its active participation as an STI exhibitor, DOST Region III awarded DAP a Certificate of Appreciation for its meaningful contribution to the NSTW Regional Celebration.
DAP’s presence at NSTW 2025 reaffirms its commitment to promoting innovation, empowering local governments, and supporting national development through research-driven and forward-looking programs.
