The Development Academy of the Philippines – Public Management Development Program (DAP-PMDP) celebrated the culmination of the Senior Executives Class Batch 14 – Buklod-Tala through a heartfelt Closing Program, held on 20 October 2025 at the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City.
Purpose-driven and people-centered — Julius L. Leaño Jr. of the Philippine Textile Research Institute receives the Leadership Award, a tribute to his quiet influence, inspiring teamwork, and steady light within Buklod-Tala.
Led by DAP Acting President and CEO Dr. Leocadio S. Sebastian, the ceremony honored 18 government executives from 15 agencies who completed their residential training—marking the close of one chapter and the start of another in their leadership journey.
The evening that followed glowed with friendship and reflection as Buklod-Tala celebrated their Gala Night, filled with laughter, recognition, and gratitude for a transformative journey under PMDP.
