In celebration of Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo) 2025 with the theme “Nagkakaisang Kapuluan, Panatag na Karagatan,” the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Graduate School of Public and Development Management (GSPDM), will host the Dekalogo Governance Lecture Series titled “The Philippines as FutuResilient Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Towards Society 5.0”.

By bringing together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and advocates, the Dekalogo aims to strengthen collective awareness and generate forward-looking strategies for protecting our seas, securing our sovereignty, and advancing a sustainable Blue Economy.

Through this effort, DAP-GSPDM reaffirms its commitment to cultivating a deeper maritime consciousness, promoting collaborative governance, and equipping leaders with values-driven and innovative tools to ensure that the Philippines’ rich marine heritage remains a foundation of resilience, prosperity, and national pride for generations to come.
