Pasig City, Philippines—The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Productivity and Development Center (PDC), successfully held the second run of its Citizen Experience Mapping in the Public Sector course at the DAP main office. The three-day interactive training engaged various customer-focused agencies in developing practical strategies and tools for citizen-centered service delivery.
Former Asian Institute of Management Professor Jose Miranda facilitated the sessions, guiding participants in designing citizen personas, experience maps, and innovative strategies to streamline transactions and elevate public service experiences. The course emphasized service delivery with a focus on empathy, accountability, and technological transformation.
A total of 19 participants joined the training, representing the Land Bank of the Philippines, Development Bank of the Philippines, Cagayan State University, Tarlac Agricultural College, Apayao State College, Department of Science, Technology-Advanced Science and Technology Institute, and Sucre Technologies Inc., and DAP.
Participants gave positive feedback, citing the course as effective, relevant, and timely in helping governing agencies align with citizen’s needs.
