The DAP–Public Management Development Program (PMDP) is now calling for nominations for the 37th batch of the Middle Managers Class (MMC), opening January 8, 2026.

Designed for Division Chiefs, OICs, and exceptional specialists ready to take on directorship roles, the MMC offers six months of rigorous residential training plus six months of Capstone Project work—an experience that transforms promising managers into future-ready leaders.

Nominate by October 15, 2025 and be part of the next generation driving change in the Philippine bureaucracy.
