The Development Academy of the Philippines, through its Capability Building on Innovative Leadership for Legislative Staff (CBILLS) program, successfully conducted the Course on Strategic Management in the Age of AI from July 7 to 11, 2025, at the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City.

The five-day course guided Middle Managers from the Philippine Congress in performing environmental analysis to review their institution’s vision, mission, and values statements. The scholars also developed their strategy maps, scorecards, and monitoring & evaluation plans for their final outputs, which were enhanced through the use of AI tools.

Focusing on practical approaches and innovative strategies, the course promoted clearer objective setting to guide strategy execution and improved performance measurement in the public sector.
