Pasay City, Philippines—The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), paid tribute to outgoing Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Service Institute (FSI) Board Chairperson Enrique A. Manalo during  the FSI Special Board Meeting held on 27 June 2025. 

Representing the DAP as a member of the FSI Board, SVP Magdalena L. Mendoza, expressed deep appreciation for Secretary Manalo’s leadership and the partnership between the DFA-FSI and DAP. 

She recognized the DFA’s support in implementing Certificate in Public Management (CPM) program for Foreign Service Officers through the DAP Graduate School of Public Development and Management  as well as in enabling international learning courses and foreign study missions for DAP scholars through Philippine embassies worldwide.

SVP Mendoza also acknowledged the continued support of the DFA under Secretary Manalo’s leadership in advancing the Philippines’ engagement with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), particularly through the Office of United Nations and International Organizations. As the National Productivity Organization, DAP represents the country in the APO.
