Pasig City, Philippines – The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its role as the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Center of Excellence on Public-Sector Productivity (COE-PSP), successfully conducted the pilot roll-out of the Public Service Value Chain (PSVC) Workshop from November 18-22, 2024, at its headquarters in Pasig City.

This initiative aims to elevate government service delivery by promoting efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness.

The workshop engaged 32 participants from government institutions, including the Department of Trade and Industry – Philippine Accreditation Bureau, Department of Science and Technology MIMAROPA Regional Office, Professional Regulation Commission, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Western Visayas Medical Center, J.H.
