The Development Academy of the Philippines’ Board of Trustees (DAP-BOT), chaired by National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan, convened on November 13, 2024, at the DAP Office in Pasig City to discuss key initiatives and strategic directions for the Academy.

During the meeting, DAP President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago was elected as the Board’s new Vice Chairperson, a role underscoring her commitment to advancing DAP’s mandate of promoting good governance, productivity, and sustainable development.

Also present were members of the DAP-BOT representing key government agencies, including Department of Agrarian Reform Undersecretary Luis Meinrado C. Pangulayan, Department of Education Undersecretary Ronaldo U. Mendoza, Department of Agriculture Assistant Secretary Allen Kristopher A. Anarna, Department of Budget and Management Assistant Secretary Leonido J. Pulido III, Department of Environment and Natural Resources Assistant Secretary Hiro V. Masuda, and Office of the President’s Atty. Jether K. Corpuz.

The meeting underscored the Board’s commitment to further enhance DAP’s operational strategies to support the Philippine Development Plan and the nation’s overarching development goals.
