DAP’s 50th anniversary theme, “Kapwa, Kakayahan, at Kaunlaran: Limampung Taon ng Kahusayan sa Paglinang ng Bayan,” highlights the institution’s long-standing mandate to support the  development of the country and emphasizes its achievements for over five decades. The logo, on the other hand, symbolizes that “the organization [DAP] can show its dedication by providing exceptional capacity-building and institutional development services to government agencies, local government units, and other organizations; it serves as a symbol of the DAP’s efforts to help build a brighter future for the Philippines in the short and long term.”

Behind the winning theme and logo was Jessica Caranay of the DAP Office of the President- Center for Strategic Futures who bested 27 participants in the contest. She took home a cash prize of PHP 10,000.00 for her winning entries, which were used in the anniversary celebration on June 21-23, 2023 at DAP Conference Center, Tagaytay City.
