The DAP’s achievements are aptly captured by this year’s anniversary theme “Kapwa, Kakayahan, at Kaunlaran: Limampung Taon ng Kahusayan sa Paglinang ng Bayan,” which underscored the DAP’s commitment to deliver the highest quality of service to its clients and stakeholders, and provide elegant solutions and innovative technologies to development concerns or problems.   The theme also commemorated the DAP’s achievements in serving the Filipino people, driving change, inspiring innovations, and empowering public servants and institutions for positive change in the country.

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) is a government-owned and controlled corporation established in 1973. Its charter was created through Presidential Decree 205, amended by Presidential Decree 1061, and further amended by Executive Order 288.
