Eminent Fellow Dr. Mahar K. Mangahas served as special guest speaker who presented the role of DAP in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world (Past, Present and Future), while Eminent Fellow and Former DSWD Sec. Corazon Alma De Leon, Eminent Fellow Dr. William Torres, and Former DPWH Sec. Rogelio Singson, served as panel reactors.
The ODC Lecture Series was designed in honor of the DAP’s first president, Dr. Onofre D. Corpuz. The series, which ran from 2001 to 2004 focused on public sector management and highlighted the DAP’s long standing concern and lifetime work to support a critical development force that both steered and rowed the country in its development course. This relaunch event is part of the 50th founding anniversary celebration of the Development Academy of the Philippines.
