The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) community is sad to announce the passing of National Scientist Dr. Angel C. Alcala.

Dr. Alcala sat as member of the DAP’s Board of Trustees as Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

With much gratitude, we thank Dr. Alcala for his service to the DAP and to the Filipino people.
