The Development Academy of the Philippines, through its Productivity and Development Center (PDC), has successfully capacitated some 19 government agencies in developing or expanding their respective Quality Management System (QMS) certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 standard.

For 13 years, DAP has been supporting the Government Quality Management Program (GQMP) by consistently providing interventions to broaden ISO 9001 QMS in the government. From the start of a QMS project with DAP, it is clear that aside from helping agencies improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their system, one of the objectives is to attain ISO certification.
