The Government Quality Management Program is inviting agencies to participate, as beneficiary agencies, in developing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to achieve quality improvement in the delivery of public services. Beneficiary agencies shall receive technical assistance on the development of QMS certifiable to ISO 9001 and process improvement through the GAA funding of the program.
The deadline of submission of expression of interest is on 28 February 2018. Early submission is encouraged for greater chances of acceptance.
