The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) is engaged by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) for the implementation of the Gender and Development (GAD) profiling of the Land Transport Sector and Its Attached Agencies (LTFRB, LTO and MRT). The project aims to establish the extent by which land transportation programs/projects, infrastructures and services are contributing towards efforts of making the sector gender sensitive or responsive.
