Study Mission On Qas Of Bhutan’S Ministry Of Health In The Philippine Health Care Sector

Mr. Sonam Dorji, Joint Director of the Quality Assurance & Standardization Division of Bhutan’s Ministry of Health sent DAP a letter requesting for assistance to arrange a study visit of the hospitals here in the Philippines. They specifically asked for hospitals with established Quality Assurance System (QAS) in their organization. As such, DAP-CQC arranged a study visit in two (2) tertiary hospitals with distinct good practices on QAS; St. Luke’s Medical Center, a private hospital and the National Kidney & Transplant Institute, a public hospital.
