LGSP – Assessment Of The Implementation Of Ela Roll-Out Through DILG

This project aims to provide a quick assessment of the effectiveness and potential sustainability of the LGSP-DILG effort to disseminate ELA in LGUs. The study also evaluates the ELA roll out as experienced by the LGUs and the DILG as the key implementing agency. The study focuses on culling the lessons learned as to the effectiveness of approaches adpoted in ELA dissemination, identify LGU-level replicable practices and approaches and point out strategies for institutionalizing ELA in local development planning process and system.
