The Development Academy of the Philippines’ Project Smarter Philippines through Data Analytics, Research and Development, Training, and Adoption (SPARTA) will formally kick off its fourth year of implementation on Friday, April 14.

The relaunch event will showcase the main and microspecialization pathways and courses that the project will offer until November 2023 via online live course sessions and through Linang, a new learning management platform. The updated enrollment process and a new microspecialization pathway will also be introduced.

Gracing this milestone event are Assistant Professor Dr. Richelle Ann Juayong of the University of the Philippines, President and CEO Atty. Engelbert C. Caronan Jr., MNSA and Vice President and SPARTA Project Lead Dr. Alan S. Cajes of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), and Dr. Ruby Raterta of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD).

SPARTA’s fourth batch of graduates who completed their main and microspecialization pathways from November 15, 2022 to April 10, 2023 will also be recognized during the event.

Project SPARTA will officially open enrollment for its fourth year of implementation after the relaunch.  Courses will start in May through Linang.
