DAP Center for Strategic Futures OIC-Director and APO DAP Secretariat Liaison Officer Armand Tristan R. Suratos presented the National AI Capability Development Program, which seeks to cultivate AI talent and strengthen institutional capacity for responsible AI integration across the public sector.
The program takes a targeted approach to AI skilling, with learning pathways designed for ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐. Meanwhile, AO 25 Secretariat Program Director Maria Rosario A. Ablan presented the ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฆ as a unified framework for aligning organizational targets with tangible public service outcomes. The discussion highlighted the shift from activity- and compliance-based monitoring toward measuring results that contribute to improved services and outcomes for citizens.
For Sebastian, the shift is fundamental to how government performance should be understood.
